Thank you for the write-up! Looks solid to me. A couple of things I saw after running through it.
Primalstrike Belt is an option if you're running the other two pieces and are hit capped (assuming Deathdealers Girdle is your alt). I think you're right that it's way too expensive for the amount of effort but napkin math says it's like 75 ap in exchange for 20 hit rating and 0.76% crit from agi (~17 crit rating). I would place it at roughly a 1-2% increase in dps. Probably not worth putting in the writeup for being better only if it's content you're hit capped for, and are also wearing the other pieces, and only if it's raining on the second tuesday of the month with a full moon.
I don't see Idol of Raven Goddess listed as an idol alternative. Unless my memory of the phases is failing me it should be available with the Anzu/Epic Flying questline in P1. This idol adds 20 crit rating to LotP (0.9% crit) for everyone in your party. I'm like 90% certain this is BiS for the raid the same way that Braided Eternium Chain is, and for a good chunk of if not all of TBC. Obviously not as good as Everbloom idol for dungeons, solo content or personal damage though.
